Mr. Gunn joined Patron in 2010 as a
development manager responsible for strategic development, product
delivery and due diligence across all investment platforms and with
a primary focus on the expansion and growth of the Generator
platform. Mr. Gunn started his career as a building surveyor,
focusing primarily on the detailed aspects of construction and
building pathology. In 2001 Mr. Gunn moved to AYH as a Project
Manager and delivered a broad range of projects including new build
offices, bank trading floors, technical manufacturing facilities
and high end tenant fit outs for various banks, private residential
dwellings and hotels. Prior to AYH, Mr Gunn spent one and a half
years on a secondment with Development Securities plc, one of the
United Kingdom's leading developers.
Mr. Gunn has over 13 years of experience in
the construction industry and has delivered projects from £2
million to £40 million in value. Mr. Gunn holds an HND diploma in
construction and a BSc Hons Degree in Building Surveying. Mr. Gunn
resides in England and is a citizen of the United
Kingdom.
