Ms. Arbib has worked with Patron since October
2008. Her primary role includes originating deals and strengthening
Patron's relationship with key market players in the Italian real
estate market. Previously, Ms. Arbib was director of AFI SpA, one
of Italy's leading private real estate companies, investing in
residential and commercial assets, focusing on assets below
intrinsic value, where the main objective was to create value
through active asset management
strategies.
Ms. Arbib has over 15 years of experience in
the Italian real estate market. She currently sits on various
committees, including committees on Ethics and Tourism of Asso
Immobiliare, the real estate arm of Confindustria (confederation of
Italian Industries, representing the main players in Italian real
estate market). She is also a member of the committee of Judges of
Asso Immobiliare. Ms. Arbib is very involved in philanthropy and is
the Chair of the World Board of Trustees, a world-renowned not for
profit organization, with operations and activities in over 20
countries across three continents. She is currently also a member
of the steering committee of the Israeli Presidential Conference
2011, "Facing Tomorrow". Ms. Arbib resides in Rome and is a citizen
of Italy.
