Mr. Parnell joined Patron as its Finance Director in 2004. He is responsible for all aspects of financial and investment reporting and tax structuring. Mr Parnell has 24 years' professional experience and prior to joining Patron worked for seven years as Chief Financial Officer of Ivory Gate (UK) Limited, the Adviser to Ivory Gate Limited, a real estate company with net assets in excess of $100 million situated in Gibraltar. In this capacity he was responsible for all financial reporting analysis and budgeting. He was also involved in closing 17 transactions with a combined value in excess of $300 million.
Previously, Mr. Parnell worked as Technical PA to a senior partner at Casson Beckman (the UK firm of accountants since merged with Baker Tilly) and was involved in a variety of corporate finance transactions. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants. Mr. Parnell has a working knowledge of Czech. He resides in England and is a citizen of the United Kingdom.
