Over the past 12 years, Patron has assembled an extensive team of professionals with substantial experience, specialised expertise and diverse local knowledge. The organisation has been developed and honed with additional expertise in development, finance and specific sectors to optimally execute Patron's strategy, particularly in the context of the current distressed market environment and the potential future opportunities that may arise.

The Patron investment team of 36 persons includes 17 investment directors and senior advisers with product and/or regional expertise and a team of 14 associates and analysts supporting them. In addition, the work of the Investment Team is reviewed and complemented by the integral Central Team, comprising of Managing Director Keith Breslauer, Chief Operating Officer Shane Law, Development Director Kevin Cooke and complemented by Kendall Langford, Mark Parnell and Mackenzie Johnson from the legal, finance and tax perspective. Alongside the Investment Team is an experienced group of 30 individuals covering legal, tax, finance and administrative functions. The 66 person team is located in Patron's offices in the UK, Spain, Italy and Luxembourg.
