- Secure vacant possession of the asset from the current occupier Hertie (in liquidation) - closureof store announced early June 09
- Redevelop and extend teh building to transform it into a small city-centre shopping centre with increased retail, office adn restaurant space - total increase of over 35% lettable space to 11,800 sq m
- Market the planned redevelopment to secure necessary pre-lets adn interest in the project before redevelopment
