  • Intention to develop 10 sites as part of the Fund III UK Care Home Program
  • Acquisition of five sites in Basingstoke (72 beds), Fareham (80 beds) (both Hampshire), Salisbury (62 beds - Wiltshire), Frome (70 beds - Somerset) and Weymouth (70 beds - Dorset) for the development of premium quality care homes.
  • Contracts exchanged to purchase sites in Horley (60 beds - Surrey), subject to planning, and Church Crookham (60 beds - Hampshire), subject to satisfaction of S106 planning conditions
  • Completion on the acquisition of three operational Care Homes: Abercorn House (96 beds) and Randell House (39 beds) in Camberley (Surrey) and The Pines (35 beds) in Hove as well as ancillary property (retirement bungalows and staff accommodation)
